The starting stage of a public project. The Design Lab closely analyzes the site conditions and program to set the project's direction, and develops a design that responds to the requirements of the competition brief and the evaluation criteria.

Because we operate as a small, focused team, the principal architects take part directly from the earliest planning, collaborating where needed with outside partners in landscape, structure, and other fields to review both the completeness and the feasibility of an idea. We hold a track record of winning numerous competitions, including the Hwaseong Museum of Art, the Seongnam City Baseball Stadium, and the Children's Intangible Heritage Center at the National Intangible Heritage Center.

We give a facility's identity form through spatial elements, handling signage, color, finishes, and circulation planning in an integrated way alongside the architectural design.
