거점형 반려동물 원-웰페어밸리는 「거점형 반려동물 원-웰페어밸리 조성사업」 설계공모 당선작으로, 홍성군 내포신도시에 반려동물 산업과 지역의 역사·문화적 정체성을 함께 담는 거점시설을 제안한다. 반려동물 케어, 연구개발, 웰니스, 입주기업 지원 등의 기능을 유기적으로 배치했으며, 단순한 산업기반시설을 넘어 사람과 동물이 함께 살아온 지역 서사를 담은 One-Welfare 생태계의 출발점이 되는 건축을 지향했다.
The Hub-type Companion Animal One-Welfare Valley is the winning entry in the design competition for the "Hub-type Companion Animal One-Welfare Valley Development Project," proposing a hub facility in Hongseong-gun's Naepo New Town that combines the companion animal industry with the region's historical and cultural identity. Functions such as companion animal care, R&D, wellness, and support for resident enterprises are organically arranged, aiming beyond a simple industrial infrastructure facility toward an architecture that serves as the starting point of a One-Welfare ecosystem embodying the local narrative of people and animals living together.
